Detailed log of all communications in the project using custom made application, images database, which includes daily progress photos, CPM networks, and other data, contained within the TPCS will enable TPM team to:

  • Provide structured online access to log of all paperwork generated in the project. This data is indexed for fast and easy search of data.
  • Provide transparency for progress and quality of completed work, which insures timely responses. Relevant project subsystems will be able to foresee potential problems and to take actions necessary to minimize its impact on time and cost.
  • Progress to date and work remaining and review work completed against Master Schedule.
  • Records of historical project data.
  • During the life of the project, various reports will be generated from the PCD:
  • Narrative Reports: Include monthly progress report to the client and other reports which might be required during the project course.
  • Status Reports: Status of submittals, request for information, checklists, and design drawings and all other modules included in the PCD.
  • Outstanding Reports: Outstanding submittals, request for information, meeting minutes items, and other communications.
  • Performance Reports: Performance of contractor’s submittals, material delivered to site, checklist, in addition to the architect's response to the same.
  • Issue Reports: Report that lists all communications related to a specific issue in the PCD.
  • Time and Cost Reports: Reports generated from CPM networks.
  • Monthly Payments and cost estimates.
