The main purpose of the scheduling subsystem is to insure that scheduled activities are progressing as-planned, and in case of expected delay, is to ensure that the contractor shall rectify this situation.

In addition, assess the time impact that may result from changes to the project scope of work or that may result from any other reason.

Cost/ Financial Subsystems
 

The main purpose of the cost subsystem is to develop and organize the initial project's budget. Whereas, the main purpose of the financial subsystem is to insure that the cost implications of all decisions and developments that occur are properly considered so that the optimum cost might be achieved.

Document Administration Subsystem
 

The main purpose of the document administration subsystem is to insure proper organized documentation and provide structured on‑line access of all paper work log generated on the project.

Narrative Reporting Subsystem
 

The main purpose of the narrative reporting subsystem is to provide the communication media between TPM and the client, A/E, Contractors and all other participants in a project.
