The Project comprises : Cultural Center which includes Theaters and Cinemas. Conference Center. Financial and Commercial Center for Businessmen. Center for the Institute for Commercial and Banking Studies and Higher Studies. Sport Club for Internal Games which includes Bowling and Billiards halls Halls for Ice Skating, Water Circus and Entertainment Games. Restaurants, Cafeterias and Coffee Shops. Car Parking.
