Project Description:
The building consists of two basements, mezzanine and 5 floors, total built-up area is 12,000 M² (Approx). The structure is entirely of in-situ reinforced concrete, cladded with bush hammered precast white concrete panels above ground level. The building has been provided with all services which are required from such prestigious buildings Basement Floor: Offices, Employee Cafeteria, Stores, Electric Generator, T.V. Lounge and Water Pump sets. Ground Floor: Kitchen, Restaurant, Waiting Hall, Reception and Information Counter and Airways Companies, Civil Aviation and Security Offices. Typical Floor: 5 floors, 40 rooms per floor, one service room per floor. For 5th floor, common door between each two doors by opened as per guest request. Elevators: Three for passengers, one for passengers / services, and one for services. Other special works done by Timline(Formerly KFTCIC): Interior design and tendering of furniture fixture and equipment.
