The Project is located in Jebel Ali Town Center and comprise two residential buildings. The first building shall consist of 12 stories tower and 4 stories car park, while the second building shall consist of 18 stories tower and also 4 stories car park. The buildings amnesties shall includes swimming pool, health club & coffee shop.
Total built-up area is 46,866 M² (Approx). The structure shall be entirely of in-situ reinforced concrete, and shall be finished with top quality finish.
