Kuwait National Real Estate Services (Currently named Kuwait Real Estate Holding Company (KRH)) was formed in 1980 to continue providing the Project/Construction Management Services which it provided since 1975 through the Construction Management Department of Kuwait Foreign Trading Contracting and Investment Company.

Inline with its ambitious expansions, KRH had decided to spin off via corporate separation the Company’s Project and Construction Management Services, when it shifted to a pure holding company structure on November 26, 2005. Management of these spun-off services is mainly owned subsidiary Timeline Project Management.
